These are the terms for using ptoil ("Play That One I Like"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
The service
ptoil lets you keep a personal library of song titles, shuffle it to get a suggestion for what to play next, and optionally compare your library with another user via a QR code. It's provided as-is, free of charge, with no uptime or availability guarantee.
Your account
You're responsible for the content you add to your library. Don't use the service to store anything illegal, abusive, or that you don't have the right to store. We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the service.
No warranty
ptoil is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We aren't liable for any loss of data or damages arising from your use of the service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes
We may update these terms or the service itself from time to time. Continuing to use ptoil after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time — see our data deletion instructions. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
