User Data Deletion Instructions
You're in full control of your data on ptoil. Deleting your account immediately and permanently removes your song library, tags, votes, and any share tokens — there's no separate request process or waiting period.
How to delete your data
- Sign in to ptoil.
- Click the settings icon in the corner of any page to open Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and click "Delete account".
- Confirm by clicking "Yes, delete my account".
That's it — your account and all associated data are deleted right away, and you're signed out.
Can't sign in?
If you signed up through a third-party provider (like Facebook) and no longer have access to your account, email us at ptoil@lowkey.do from the address associated with your account and we'll delete your data manually.
